Privacy

Content in the course of our consulting and training services, Tosan Inc. will collect organizational and personal information via interviews, focus groups and through the administration of surveys.

All information collected through an interview or focus group will be kept anonymous, but not confidential. We will use quotes and summaries of the data, but will not attribute it to any individual. This intention shall be presented verbally to the individual or group at the start of any interview or focus group. At any point during the interview or focus group an individual may specify they want to speak “off-the-record” and those comments will be kept confidential.

Tosan Inc. primarily uses two types of data collection surveys: Organization Data Surveys and Personal Assessment Surveys.

In the case of Organization Data Surveys, Tosan Inc. will not create or present any reports without a minimum of 4 or more participants in order to maintain confidentiality of those participants.

For Personal Assessment Surveys, Tosan Inc. will only share the data with the individual, “target,” participant. It is Tosan’s policy to not share individual data directly with the participant’s manager, the line organization or other entities without the knowledge of and express permission from the “target” participant.

Certain areas of the TOSAN Web Site allow for the exchange of information between you, the USER, and TOSAN. Any submission by the USER becomes the property of TOSAN, and the USER implicitly grants TOSAN the authority and right to use that content in accordance with TOSAN corporate privacy policies.

USER Responsibility

The USER assumes all responsibility for use of the TOSAN Web Site. The USER waives all claims against TOSAN, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, suppliers and programmers that may arise from the utilization of the TOSAN Web Site.
