There are two versions of this two-day leadership development course. It can
be used as a key element in your leadership development curriculum or as a part
of a culture change initiative. In either case, this workshop is larger in scope
than a traditional leadership-training course in that it builds skills and produces
behavior change (accountability, coaching and meaningful involvement) across
your organization.
Both versions are intentionally designed to have a cross-section
of functional organizations allowing the group to create common
expectations, confront and change limiting beliefs and behavioral
patterns, build skills and commit to support each other. This
workshop provides the participants behavioral based feedback,
is highly participative and filled with practice and includes
real-play scenarios depicting actual employee challenges faced
by your leaders.
This workshop includes pre-work and provides for a four-week
structured application and ½ day follow-up session. The
combination of training, application and follow-up session produce
the desired behavior change and performance improvement. |
