TOSAN's approach
to building high performance within organizations utilizes a
data-driven, culture-first engagement model in which we:
- ASSESS & PLAN - Assess and identify the need, drivers
and scope for change, assess and build leadership capacity
to lead change and secure resources to carry out a successful
change effort.
- ARCHITECT & DESIGN - Identify the levers
of change and co-create with the client an integrated change
strategy and infrastructure required to realize the desired
state and support that achievement as the new cultural norm.
- ACT & IMPLEMENT - Implement and continuously course correct the strategy, including
the building of leadership and organizational capacity, to
achieve business imperatives and drive performance.
- ACHIEVE & SUSTAIN- Achieve, integrate and sustain the new level of performance
through continued learning, innovation, knowledge sharing,
and reinforcement.
This is known as the A4 Approach

TOSAN uses an integrated suite of instruments to assess an organization's
current and desired culture and the alignment of leadership,
employee and team behaviors to the desired culture. Using a combination
of our Leadership Capacity and Change Architecture services,
organizations have achieved and sustained successful change from
non-productive cultures (aggressive/defensive) to a high-performance
culture in accelerated time frames.
TOSAN actively engages with our clients in active research to
produce the most accurate assessment possible. Then together,
we craft the best path for achieving success. It is not a canned
change process or the next team-building-program-of-the-day.
It is an in-depth research and learning experience between client
and consultant that allows for a very customized approach to
